Privacy policy

This policy describes how BioXtraction AS processes personal data submitted through the contact form on bioxtraction.no.

Data controller

BioXtraction AS, org. no. 829 569 132, Ekebergveien 173, 1912 Enebakk, Norway. Privacy enquiries can be sent via the contact form or by post to the address above.

What we collect

Name, email address, organisation, the role you select (for example fish farmer or supplier) and the content of your message.

Purpose and legal basis

The data is used only to answer and follow up your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

Storage and processor

The website and form are operated by Netlify, Inc., which stores submitted forms on our behalf as a data processor. Enquiries are also forwarded to our email and handled there. Netlify is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which is the basis for transferring data to the USA. The EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) apply as a fallback.

The data is deleted once your enquiry has been handled, and no later than 12 months, unless a collaboration has been agreed that requires further storage.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies for tracking or analytics, and fonts are served from our own server.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to withdraw your consent. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
